Behavior Essentials supports parents and their children who are on the autism spectrum. With over 20+ years of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy, Behavior Essentials helps parents navigate their child’s autism diagnosis and tackle ASD-related behavior through curated behavioral therapy plans and parent coaching and training. 

After successfully increasing website traffic and leads, Behavior Essentials brought on our team to create an email marketing ecosystem (newsletters, resource opt-ins, waterfall series), website development/management, and SEO. 

We created an email marketing ecosystem that helps bring in more qualified leads, creates community within their present and past clients, and supports their intake specialist with sales. Our SEO efforts have given them more leads each month than they have ever experienced as a company. We increased their call volume by 39% in 2023 alone. 

Challenges we overcame:

The budget for Behavior Essentials was limited. They also offer a very unique and niche service which we had to position correctly. Additionally, they are located in another state, so all of our communication was from afar.
